In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Use of the bom89 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. bom89 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to have been opened by or on behalf of a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds will be withheld pending investigation.
2. You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.
3. You must not be a current employee, officer, director, agent, or close family member of any employee of bom89 or its affiliated entities.
4. You must not be a professional player, syndicator, or agent acting on behalf of a third party without bom89's prior written consent.
5. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting or gambling is prohibited, other than Indonesia. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of bom89 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
6. You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from the bom89 platform or from any other bom89-affiliated property.

To access bom89's Services, you must register a Member Account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

1. One Account Per Member: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active bom89 Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances and bonuses held therein.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid Indonesian mobile telephone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. bom89 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures.
4. KYC Verification: bom89 reserves the right to require documentary identity verification (KYC) at any time, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Accepted documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence.
5. Account Transfer: bom89 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or pledge your Account or any rights therein to any third party.

All transactions on the bom89 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). bom89 supports instant deposits and withdrawals through the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

1. Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Wallet.
2. Deposit Processing: Deposits made via local bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your bom89 Wallet within minutes of confirmation. bom89 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking system outages.
3. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
4. Withdrawal Processing Time: Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 3–15 minutes to the Member's nominated BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or e-wallet account. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or when additional verification is required.
5. Matched Payment Methods: Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account held in the same name as the registered bom89 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
6. Withdrawal Conditions: bom89 reserves the right to apply a turnover requirement before approving a withdrawal if the deposited amount has not been wagered at least once. This measure exists to prevent money laundering and financial abuse of the Platform.
7. Fees: bom89 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges, for which bom89 accepts no liability.
8. Currency: All account balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). bom89 does not accept or pay out in foreign currencies.

bom89 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to its Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's specific terms page. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 5x (five times) the bonus amount on sports betting markets with minimum odds of 1.50, or 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount on casino games and slots.
2. Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Members who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing on their Account. bom89 reserves the right to exclude any Member from a specific promotion at its sole discretion.
3. One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held in a Member's Account at any given time, unless bom89 expressly states otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.
4. Expiry: Bonuses not wagered within the time period specified in the promotion's individual terms will expire and be removed from the Member's Account without notice. Standard bonus validity is 7 days from the date of credit unless stated otherwise.
5. Abuse: bom89 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to close the Account, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing hedged or arbitrage bets to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk, and exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intent.
6. Promotional Changes: bom89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonuses already credited to a Member's Account at the time of the change.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the bom89 platform across all product verticals, including sports betting, live casino, slots, togel, Domino QQ, and fish shooting games:

1. Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by bom89. bom89 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed pre-set market limits or that are placed on events with apparent pricing errors.
2. Odds and Results: Odds are subject to change up until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet. In the event of a dispute regarding a result or payout, bom89's decision is final.
3. Minimum and Maximum Bets: Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by market and product. Limits are displayed within each game or betting market. bom89 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
4. Void Bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, event cancellation, system errors, or the discovery of corrupt or manipulated events. Voided bets are refunded to the Member's Wallet at the original stake.
5. Togel Markets: All togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on bom89 are based on official draw results from internationally recognised pool operators. Draw times and payout tables are published within the relevant game section. bom89 is not responsible for any discrepancy arising from a Member's misreading of draw schedules or payout structures.
6. Live Betting: In-play (live) betting is available on selected sports markets. Bets placed during live events are subject to additional latency considerations. bom89 reserves the right to suspend or remove live markets at any time.
7. Disconnection Policy: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino or game session, the outcome of the round in progress at the time of disconnection is determined by the game server. bom89 is not responsible for losses incurred due to disconnection caused by a Member's internet service provider or device.

bom89 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all its Services. The following provisions reflect bom89's obligations and your rights with respect to responsible gaming:

1. 21+ Requirement: All Members must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is enforced at registration and periodically throughout the account lifecycle via KYC verification.
2. Self-Exclusion: Any Member may request a self-exclusion from the bom89 platform by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's Account will be locked and no new accounts may be registered.
3. Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits within their Account settings. Once set, deposit limits may only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
4. Reality Checks: Members may configure session duration reminders within their Account settings to prompt regular breaks during gaming sessions.

All content on the bom89 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and game content — is the exclusive property of bom89 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

1. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bom89 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or reverse-engineer any portion of the bom89 Platform or its content without bom89's prior written consent.
3. The bom89 name, logo, and all related marks are proprietary trademarks of bom89. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
4. Third-party game content displayed on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe) and is used under licence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bom89's total liability to any Member for any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1. bom89 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
2. bom89 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
3. bom89 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from a Force Majeure event.
4. bom89 is not responsible for any third-party websites, services, or content that may be linked to or from the Platform. The inclusion of any external reference does not imply endorsement by bom89.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bom89 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in card game rooms and Domino QQ.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in the Platform or any game. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to facilitate any form of financial crime.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or acting as an intermediary agent for other bettors without bom89's written consent.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software forming part of the bom89 Platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with bom89 staff or other Members.

bom89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by bom89.
3. Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct.
4. Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the Member or their payment provider.
5. Member-requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming clause.
6. Prolonged account inactivity (accounts dormant for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity review).

Upon closure of an Account for legitimate reasons (i.e., where no fraud or breach of Terms is suspected), any remaining verified balance will be returned to the Member via their most recently used withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, fraud, or prohibited conduct, bom89 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, to remit funds to the relevant authorities.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law, as applied by the Platform's licensing jurisdiction.

bom89 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated online gaming platform. By using the bom89 Platform, you acknowledge that the regulatory and legal framework applicable to your use of the Services may differ from the laws of Indonesia, and that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the Platform is lawful in your place of residence or access.

bom89 does not represent or warrant that the Platform or any of its Services are lawful in Indonesia or any other specific jurisdiction. Access to the Platform by residents of Indonesia is provided on the basis that the Member independently satisfies themselves as to the legality of such access under applicable Indonesian law.

bom89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be published on this page with the effective date clearly noted at the top of the document.

Where a material change is made to these Terms, bom89 will endeavour to notify active Members via email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the bom89 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account in accordance with Clause 11.
